- Feature definition and requirements management - Define clear, actionable feature requirements, business objectives, success measures, and acceptance expectations that enable development teams to design and deliver high-value software solutions.
- AI-enabled innovation - Identify and define opportunities for AI-powered capabilities and workflow automation, apply strong product judgment and responsible AI practices to determine when AI provides meaningful value and when traditional software approaches are more appropriate.
- User experience collaboration - Partner with UX, architecture, and development teams to create intuitive experiences that simplify complex configuration, pricing, quoting, and order management workflows.
- Cross-functional leadership - Build alignment across business, process optimization, architecture, engineering, and software development teams while balancing customer needs, business priorities, user experience, and technical considerations throughout delivery.
- Global platform partnership - Represent the Electrical Products business in Siemens’ global CPQ standardization initiatives, collaborating with international product and business teams to align local business requirements with scalable enterprise platform solutions.
- Change adoption and business value realization - Support organizational readiness and adoption by helping stakeholders understand new capabilities, business impacts, and expected outcomes, while influencing training and enablement content when product expertise is required.
- Platform lifecycle leadership – Partner with engineering leaders to make informed investment decisions across enhancement requests, architectural improvements, and technical debt reduction to ensure the platform remains a strategic business asset.
