Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and support the company's long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have strong financial leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing financial performance in a growing organization.
In this role, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop financial strategies, improve operational efficiency, and maintain financial stability as the company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee cash flow, financial performance, and capital management.
- Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Work closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and key business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
- Build, manage, and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Support business expansion, investment planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in finance, including extensive leadership experience.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
