You’ll sit between leadership and engineering, turning business priorities into action, keeping projects on track and building the processes needed to support growth.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business objectives into clear priorities and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering teams, keeping projects on track against deadlines and budgets.
- Drive accountability, challenge delays and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Improve operational processes, reporting and resource planning.
- Identify bottlenecks and take ownership of day-to-day execution.
