Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Required Pay Scale: $41.00/hr - $46.00/hr

Job Summary:
Sales Operations Analyst primarily supports the overall channel in data management, reviewing documents for data accuracy, creating automation, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Additional responsibilities include manages the effectiveness of business processes, conducts analysis, makes recommendations, develops documentation/standard work, coordinates, and trains implementation of approved processes.
Sales Operations Analyst provides solutions and analysis for Builder/Multifamily portfolios and customers by performing a variety of tasks and projects as required by management and to retain and acquire customers.
Project Details:
- Analyze customer accounts, spreadsheets and databases to proactively address discrepancies
- Validate data obtained from various sources to confirm report data and information meets stakeholder needs and is accurate including but not limited to account history data, payment data, usage data and address information
- Maintain SAP tables and produce validation reports
- Monitor compliance and assist in the Commission SOX control process
- Maintain master lists for customer activity
- Troubleshoot missing properties, incorrect account set up, and any ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams
- Record all issues for tracking and issue escalation in order to identify trends and process gaps
- Maintain customer address change information and process direct into SAP
- Ask the “why’s”, takes ownership of issues and will search to find the root cause to help avoid issues downstream
- Develop process documentation and conduct training for the new members to our team or launch of new processes or systems
- Manage small projects and miscellaneous tasks assigned my management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Create and maintain models using Microsoft Excel
Must Haves
- 1 to 2+ years’ experience directly supporting staff members in a problem solving, research capacity, data modeling
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA/macros for data manipulation and automation
- Critical thinker with ability to drive innovation and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical/technical aptitude
- Courteous, patient, energetic and an enthusiastic personality with professional demeanor
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills required including excellent listening skills
Desired Skills
- Crucial for interpreting and analyzing large datasets effectively applying industry knowledge to call out discrepancies
- Knowledge of CCS, Siebel, IRW, Salesforce and BW software preferred
- Experience in deregulated work environment is a plus
