About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Sales Process to support sales operations, customer coordination, order management and reporting activities.
Your Remit
- Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Support quotations, customer enquiries and order processing.
- Track order confirmations, deliveries, changes and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain customer pricing, contracts and sales documentation.
- Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance and other internal teams.
- Support customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with lead management and sales-related activities, including exhibitions and events.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 2 -4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales operations or order management preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM tools and MS Excel; SAP exposure is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to an industrial, engineering or technical sales environment is an advantage.
