Job Description
Direct Reporting - Business Head, India and APAC, WCL Matrix Reporting - Function Head, Finance and Accounts, WCL Location : Mumbai Job Role : 1. Financial Projectsion and estimates analysis, MIS including PandL, Balance Sheet, Cash flows various analysis from time to time on India BU 2. Preparation of budget and quarterly reporting of business plan and manpower cost 3. Monitoring Achievement of yearly cash flow target (OCF. as per BP,Yearly EBITDA target (INR Cr. 4. Analyze the Project costing and profitability at bidding stage and completion and assist in Pricing decisions 5. Identify new business growth areas and initiate the implementation 6. Ensure Compliance at India BU Level 7. Ensure GAM Compliance at India BU Level and update as per business needs and Org Structure 8.Analyze, Control, monitor, and drive customer collections, inventory, Accounts Receivable, Net Working Capital on a routine basis and Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing" 9.Credit control of customers
Responsibility
Assist the Business Unit Head in reviewing the Annual Business Plan budgets execution monitoring cash flow management and financial control projectionsbrCollaborate with the Business Unit Head to design and implement business strategies and new initiativesbrParticipate in monthly reviews of the India Business Unit to ensure alignment with corporate objectivesbrOversee the preparation of the annual budget and conduct quarterly reviews of the business plan and manpower costsbrEnsure the achievement of yearly cash flow targets Operating Cash Flow as per the Business PlanbrTrack and manage net working capital including inventory to optimize financial performancebrAnalyze project costing and profitability at the bidding stage and upon completion assisting in pricing decisionsbrControl monitor and drive customer collections inventory accounts receivable and net working capital on a routine basisbrCoordinate with Supply Chain Procurement Marketing and other departments to ensure seamless financial operationsbrCollaborate with departments such as Banking Accounting Audit Corporate MIS and Consolidation to enhance financial functionsbrIdentify new business growth areas and initiate their implementation to drive organizational successbrEnsure compliance with Governance Authority Management at the India Business Unit levelbrLead team development initiatives and assign digital projects to enhance team capabilitiesbrSupport management in all aspects of the India Business Unit and work closely to achieve corporate finance objectives
