ABOUT FLUIDCLOUD
FluidCloud is building the future of portable cloud infrastructure. Our World's First Cloud Cloning™ platform helps enterprises discover, clone, migrate, recover, optimize, and govern complete cloud environments in minutes rather than months. Powered by purpose-built infrastructure AI, FluidCloud gives organizations the freedom to operate across clouds without vendor lock-in.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional, AI-native business operator to work directly with our Co-Founders.
This is a Chief of Staff–caliber role for someone who combines rigorous analytical training with hands-on execution. You will bring structure to ambiguous problems, align teams around clear priorities, and drive important initiatives through measurable results.
The ideal candidate started in investment banking, management consulting, or another demanding analytical environment before gaining operating experience in pricing, product management, program management, agile systems, strategic finance, or business operations.
You are ready to move beyond advising. You want to build, operate, and own outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with the CEO on FluidCloud’s highest-priority initiatives.
- Translate strategy into plans, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead programs across product, engineering, sales, finance, and operations.
- Develop pricing, packaging, financial, and business-case analyses.
- Establish operating rhythms that improve alignment and accountability.
- Support strategic partnerships, enterprise opportunities, fundraising, and corporate development.
- Prepare recommendations and leadership, board, and investor materials.
- Build scalable systems and own projects that cross functional boundaries.
- Apply AI to research, analysis, planning, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Help teams adopt AI responsibly and measure its business impact.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Approximately 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Training in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous environment.
- Hands-on experience in pricing, product management, program management, agile operations, strategic finance, or business operations.
- A record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives through implementation.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organization, judgment, communication, and attention to detail.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong ownership, dependable follow-through, and a collaborative, low-ego style.
- Practical experience using AI or automation to improve business processes.
Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology is helpful but not required. This is not an AI-engineering role.
WHY FLUIDCLOUD
- Work directly with the Co-Founders on consequential company decisions and learn to build the business
- Operate at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software.
- Gain exposure across product, pricing, finance, customers, and partnerships.
- Own outcomes rather than stopping at recommendations.
- Grow toward Head of Business Operations or a leadership role
- Compensation: Competitive base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Final compensation will reflect experience and role scope.
We know strong candidates may not meet every listed qualification. If this opportunity excites you and your experience is transferable, we encourage you to apply.
FluidCloud is an equal-opportunity employer.
