Brief about the Position:
Rigorous and well organized, the Sales Operation Assistant will operate and share operational best practices across the entire CAST organization. Position is in India, in our Bangalore office and supervised by our Sales Operations Manager.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Monitor the usage of our CRM tool to identify data quality issues and raise consistency issues.
Data quality: Responsible for the data quality and consistency of our engagement (CRM vs contract) by raising inconsistency issues and collecting missing information from our sales team.
Manage operations
CAST products provisioning when receiving new contracts, provisioning the products/module our customers should have access to.
Be in contact with the different internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, delivery, customer success) to ensure internal alignment.
CAST CRM administration:
create and update user profile permissions (newcomers/leavers/organization changes)
CAST CRM data clean-up: orchestrate data clean-up projects
Proactive toIdentify issues that may prevent applying our best practice.
Will work in close collaboration with our senior sales operations coordinator, the head of internal apps, leader of our processes, and will proactively suggest improvements.
Skillset and Qualification:
A minimum of 2 years of experience administering a CRM back-office system
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to understand complex workflows with numerous players
Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, located in our offices worldwide.
