Advantex Professional Services is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for an established Orange County organization.
This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a strategic, hands-on finance professional who can lead financial operations, advise senior leadership and drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits and internal controls.
Manage financial compliance and organizational risk.
Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.
Improve financial systems, processes and reporting.
Partner with executive leadership on financial and operational decisions.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including senior leadership.
Strong GAAP accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Experience managing complex financial operations, compliance and audits.
Proven ability to lead teams and improve financial processes.
Strong communication, analytical and executive leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
Previous CFO, VP Finance or Controller experience preferred.
Compensation: $180,000 to $210,000 annually.
Location: Orange County, CA. Full-time, onsite.
