Position: Chief Growth Officer
- Lead our go-to-market strategy, focusing on defining strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market positioning.
- Partner with our founders to identify and leverage growth opportunities, innovate go-to-market strategies, and capitalize on industry trends.
- Manage and oversee strategic initiatives for customer experience, sales, marketing, and partnership development, ensuring alignment with AutonotesAI's mission and financial goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop cohesive growth strategies, enhancing the customer journey and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that connect our goals to the AutonotesAI platform, focusing on customer and market expansion and revenue growth.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team dedicated to driving growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to drive strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
- Revenue Operations: Oversee the implementation of processes and technologies necessary to drive revenue.
- Opportunity Discovery: Identify opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze KPIs, revenue targets, and progress against strategic plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leaders and stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth, sales and marketing in fast-growing, startup technology companies (AI experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execution in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and flexibility to handle the pressures and challenges associated with executive responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or relevant work experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, Startups.
- Experience in the technology sector, with a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications.
