About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, analytical Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to join our Revenue team. Your job is simple to state: help our business development team generate and win more business. You will give our business development directors, and case managers the targeting, tools, and routines they need to focus on the right accounts. You will help build the pipeline reporting that tells leadership where business is coming from and where it is stalling, and you will own the sales instance of our CRM (HubSpot). This is a build role in a growing, private equity backed business, so you will be comfortable starting with imperfect data and improving it as you go.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop account segmentation, prioritization, and territory views that show business development directors, and case managers where to focus.
- Create enablement materials, playbooks, and working routines that make outreach consistent and effective.
- Support adoption of new ways of working, including training and coaching on tools and process.
- Produce weekly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline progression, and conversion for the CRO and the leadership team
- Build reporting incrementally, starting in Excel and HubSpot and moving to automated dashboards over time
- Answer the questions that matter: who should we target, where are opportunities stalling, and what is helping us win
- Own the sales instance of our CRM HubSpot: pipeline stages, records, workflows, data quality, and user adoption
- Build and maintain a clear sales process that connects outreach activity to new matters filed with NAM
- Support the GTM strategy lead with pricing realization tracking, attribution analysis, and ad hoc analysis for the Revenue organization
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and reporting
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or revenue operations
- Strong analytical skills using advanced Excel capabilities; comfortable working with incomplete or loosely structured data
- Hands-on CRM administration (HubSpot preferred) including objects, pipelines, workflows, and reporting
- Clear communicator who can turn data into practical guidance for sales teams and senior leaders
- Self-starter who is comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving business
Preferred
- Working SQL knowledge and experience connecting data across systems
- Experience in professional services, legal, insurance, or other relationship-driven B2B sector
- Experience using AI tools for analysis, scripting, or process automation
What We Offer

Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.
