We are looking for a consultant or architect with hands-on Logik.ai / CPQ implementation experience, strong integration knowledge, and expertise in complex product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.

Job Summary
The consultant will support Logik.ai CPQ implementation activities, helping integrate configure, price, and quote capabilities with enterprise CRM and ERP platforms.
Logik.ai is an AI-powered, composable Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform acquired by ServiceNow and being incorporated into its CRM and Sales and Order Management (SOM) offering. It is designed for businesses selling complex products and services, making it relevant to manufacturing and medical technology environments.
Required Experience and Skills
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on Logik.ai / CPQ implementation experience.
- Experience working as a consultant or architect on CPQ implementations.
- Strong understanding of complex product configuration.
- Experience with pricing rules and quoting processes.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Logik.ai with Salesforce and Oracle.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CRM.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or medical technology customers.
- Experience with complex product configuration, pricing, and quoting in manufacturing or medical technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Logik.ai / CPQ implementation activities.
- Design and implement complex product configuration and pricing solutions.
- Support integration between Logik.ai, Salesforce, and Oracle.
- Align CPQ capabilities with existing CRM and ERP environments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver implementation requirements.
- Support quoting and order management processes.
Important Requirements
- Candidates must have 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on Logik.ai / CPQ implementation experience is highly important.
- Immediate or near-immediate availability is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working remotely in English.
