What You Will Do
Lead the onboarding of new sales personnel, ensuring they are ready to make an impact from day one.
Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and remove barriers, streamlining the sales process.
Drive initiatives that ensure quality and consistency across all sales functions, including client profiling and strategic sales planning.
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to boost new business conversion rates and optimise performance.
Develop long-term strategies to support and grow the effectiveness of our sales teams
