The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Operations Planning Manager who will be responsible for leading the overall S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and financial plans. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will work on creating and executing plans that align production, inventory, and distribution with customer demand, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Your role will be critical in driving the overall success of the S&OP process and ensuring that the company’s operations are aligned with market demands and business goals.

Principal Accountabilities:

Lead the S&OP process to ensure effective integration of demand, supply, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Ensure promotions, new product forecasts, and distribution changes are reflected in the demand
- Prepare with central functions mitigation actions on any supply risks to the cluster including financial implications.
- Support various projects, including monthly demand plans, network optimization, and new product launches.
- Implement initiatives to improve data analysis and quality of meetings to facilitate decision making.
- Engage all levels of the organization: Guide each functional area in understanding its impact on the S&OP process.
Skills and Experience Required:

Experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Planning functions, Change management and S&OP or IBP.
- Expertise in data analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills.
