We're seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, this role will be critical in ensuring the effectiveness of our sales operations and the success of our Account Executives. This is a hands-on role with no direct line management responsibilities, but keeping the sales team laser focused and driving deal progression.
Key Responsibilities π:
- Deal Progression: Monitor and report on deal progression, holding two key Account Executives accountable for their pipeline management and deal closure timelines. Motivate, marshal and help unblock issues to get their deals over the line faster.
- Pipeline Management: Identify and communicate gaps in pipeline generation activities to the senior leadership team, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- CRM Management: Ensure that the CRM is meticulously managed, with accurate and up-to-date data that reflects the true status of the sales pipeline.
- Reporting: Deliver precise and timely sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights that support informed decision-making.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between the sales team and senior leadership team, providing honest, direct, and clear communication regarding sales operations and performance.
This role is not about expanding or building the team, but refining our existing processes to make them flawless and working closely with the Account Executives to implement them. We are committed to developing a repeatable and efficient system that drives consistent results.

- Proven experience in a sales or sales operations role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Used to a consultative or enterprise sales cycle.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and hold others accountable.
- Highly proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Highly competent in MEDDPICC.
