Job Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to become the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for our globally recognized Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) divisions. In this pivotal role, you will catalyze revenue growth, elevate customer experience, and amplify our market influence within the EAM and FSM sectors. Your collaboration with the Global CRO and various executive leaders, regional sales heads, product managers, and marketing experts will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive global revenue strategy for EAM and FSM, incorporating sales, marketing, pricing, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing global sales team across diverse regions and channels.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to enhance revenue, customer retention, and market penetration.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay valuable insights on customer needs and market dynamics.
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to develop impactful campaigns and initiatives that drive demand and enhance loyalty.
- Represent the organization and our EAM and FSM solutions at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.

Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the enterprise software industry, with a specific focus on EAM and FSM preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience leading and managing global sales teams and revenue operations.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue goals, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding market share.
- Experience in navigating a matrix organizational structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
