Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete deal structure from initiation through to closure.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure process adherence and minimize delays.
- Provide robust support to Account Executives and Account Managers across all divisions.
- Implement and apply best practices for effective and profitable deal-making.
- Manage discount processes and ensure accurate system updates.
- Offer comprehensive order management support, including order processing and customer quote configuration.
- Execute user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
- Identify and rectify system bugs in partnership with the Business Systems team.
- Facilitate sales approvals and ensure compliance with business policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders in Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Legal.
- Streamline and automate deal flow and validation processes.
- Evaluate and enhance the operational efficiency of the deal desk function.
- Introduce innovative methodologies to bolster the effectiveness of the Deal Desk and Order Management teams.
