Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter authority in wealth management, facilitating effective communication across teams and with external partners.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all roles within the firm and support wherever necessary to ensure operational continuity.
- Design and execute practical solutions throughout the organization, overseeing each phase from planning to implementation.
- Manage and mentor the Relationship Manager team while providing continuous education and training.
- Optimize processes within all departments to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee training on new systems and technologies, ensuring readiness and success among team members.
- Stay informed on the latest CRM and investment technologies, introducing innovative tools to elevate operations.
- Ensure the integrity of CRM and filing systems, maintaining precise and timely documentation.
- Supervise investment-related administrative processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Anticipate future operational needs and challenges, driving ongoing improvement across key metrics and deliverables.
- Lead the onboarding of newly acquired firms, ensuring a smooth integration and compliance process.
- Collaborate on crafting short-term and long-term strategies that align with our overarching business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic plans, ensuring cohesion across all departments.
- Utilize financial insights to inform strategic decision-making and overall firm evaluation.
- Participate in special projects and various responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and managing M&A integration.
- Significant leadership experience, ideally as a COO or in a similar capacity within the financial services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced qualifications (CPA, CFP, CFA) preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in operational leadership roles.
