Responsibilities:
- Drive growth, oversee sales, customer success, marketing, and business development functions
- Own the P&L, ensure that the organization and its leaders are delivering ‘investable plans’ for each planning cycle (short, mid, and long-term)
- In-depth experience in the banking and wealth management industries
- Set team KPIs and objectives
- Scale the team, hire, train and retain a highly skilled, diverse, and effective team
- Build scalable processes, build departmental systems, and automate processes to enable the company to scale while achieving efficiency gains and quality improvements on a sequential basis
Skills Needed:
- 15+ years of successful B2B revenue/sales leadership with experience in scaling and managing all aspects of the P&L
- 5+ years of selling software solutions (Fintech solutions) to financial institutions.
- Expertise in P&L Management
- Team Leadership
- Banking & Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of the banking and wealth management industries.
- Growth Strategy Development
- Process Automation.
