LiveIntent is seeking a leader to join our team as a
Director, Revenue Operations. This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue operations, driving efficiency and maximizing performance. The Director, Revenue Operations will lead a team and oversee sales commission, forecasting, data integrity, reporting and salesforce standardization. This role will work cross functionally to deliver data driven insights to sales and senior leadership to help understand the current and future state of the business.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage sales incentive commission programs to drive results, including communication of commission structures and oversight of commission payments
- Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Partner with senior leadership to drive sales forecasting excellence along with building strategic plans and models to optimize performance and provide regular reports and updates on progress
- Implement, manage and ensure forecasting efforts are integrated with other processes within the company, enabling data driven decision-making
- Utilize analytics to monitor performance and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
- Develop best practices and workflow for opportunities, accounts, contacts, and sales activities to improve sales tools effectiveness and ensure data integrity
- Oversee Salesforce optimization and standardization to ensure alignment with sales and partner funnel strategies
- Build, design, deploy and support reports and dashboards via Salesforce
- Evaluate and implement systems, tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports the company's growth objectives
- Lead the revenue operations team, setting clear goals, managing performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development
- Collaborate strategically with cross functional teams on positioning, enablement, and roadmap priorities, ensuring alignment with objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales processes, collaborate with sales leadership to ensure process quality, and address bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and recommend innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, presales operations, and sales & marketing technologies such as salesforce
- Experience in the adtech/martech industry
- Experience managing a team of sales/revenue operations and salesforce administrators
- Proven capability to establish and maintain productive relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate internally and externally across all levels of the organization
- Strategic and proficient in data management, visualization, reporting, and utilizing data for informed decision-making
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
- A track record of articulating sales, business operations, and strategic concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong Experience with Salesforce and Excel

Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office on Wednesdays, but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one “Work from Anywhere” week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $125,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $165,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
