About What We Do: Mennr is a true full-service marketing firm working with businesses ranging from $1-$10 million in annual revenue. We handle everything from Instagram posts, PPC, and SEO to websites, billboards, TV commercials, branded apparel, local partnerships, and direct mailers. The simplest way to describe us would be as a Fractional CMO. Our consultants can offer any marketing service that makes sense for the client, providing comprehensive solutions without the need for a $250K per year Chief Marketing Officer.
We're a small team comprised of two departments - Sales and Marketing. Our sales department is seven deep, with two brand managers, four consultants, and one CRO. Our marketing team is eight deep, with one Head of Marketing Delivery and seven staff working under him, all focusing on their own specialties within marketing and advertising.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospects
- Schedule Needs Analysis calls with prospects
- Communicate with leads and collaborate with Brand Managers to identify the best solutions for their business
- Schedule needs-analysis calls with prospects and collaborate with the Brand Manager to create marketing proposals
- Track sales and contacts via HubSpot
- Participate in sales meetings
- Engage in the company “book club” (one book every two weeks)
- Provide genuine effort and assistance to businesses
- Address any questions, comments, or objections from prospects or leads

Compensation: Consultants at Mennr are responsible for reaching out to businesses, researching them, and qualifying them. The typical cycle lasts 1-2 weeks. Consultants earn an 8% commission on each marketing solution contract. Contracts range from $12,000 - $70,000 per sale, with uncapped earning potential. Additional performance bonuses are available, such as weekly sales challenges.
There is currently no base salary, but one is planned to be introduced in Q1 of 2025.
Disclaimer: This is a fully remote role. As a Consultant at Mennr, you will be an Independent Contractor working on a 1099, not a W-2. You are responsible for your taxes, health care, and retirement fund.
