Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy: Design and execute a forward-thinking revenue strategy that drives sustainable growth through philanthropy, corporate partnerships, grants, and other innovative income streams.
- Fundraising Leadership: Lead major fundraising initiatives, including capital campaigns and large-scale donor relations. Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
- Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and content creators to develop joint ventures and sponsorship opportunities.
- Innovative Storytelling: Lead initiatives in social impact storytelling and content development, leveraging various media channels to promote the mission. Experience with live or theatrical productions is a plus.
- Financial Strategy: Work closely with the CFO to meet revenue targets and ensure alignment with the division’s long-term financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in revenue generation, fundraising, or investor relations, with a focus on non-profits or social enterprises.
- Demonstrated success in donor engagement and capital campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience working alongside C-level executives and board members.
- Strategic Revenue Leader: You’ve successfully developed and implemented revenue strategies in the non-profit, social impact, or public health sectors.
- Fundraising Expert: With experience in capital campaigns, major gifts, and donor relations, you’ve secured significant funding and built strong networks.
- Partnership Builder: You excel at establishing and nurturing relationships that drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
