We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Manager to join our team and make a significant impact on the company's success! In this role, you will optimize sales processes, improve team efficiency, drive sales performance, and manage CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline management while providing strategic insights to support the sales team's success. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the sales function and helping the team meet its revenue goals.
This is a remote position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. Strong advantage for candidates based in Denver, CO / Burlington, VT / Detroit, MI / Salt Lake City, UT/ or the NJ/NY metro area.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar operational role at a SaaS company. (Strong advantage if experience is at a similar stage and size startup)

Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

Exceptional analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Highly developed communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.

Extensive experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies within a sales environment.

Strong capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.
What you will be responsible for:
- Enhancing the CRM system by ensuring data accuracy, automating processes, and optimizing for efficiency.

Overseeing the sales forecasting process in collaboration with leadership, ensuring precise and actionable insights.

Monitoring key sales performance metrics (e.g., win rates, deal close times, pipeline health) to identify areas for improvement.

Partnering with sales leadership to develop compensation plans aligned with company objectives.

Streamlining sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to boost productivity.

Providing the sales team with strategic reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Fostering cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

Supporting the onboarding and training of new sales team members, equipping them with essential tools and processes for success.

Annual base starting salary: $110-$120k, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. On target earnings (base + variable) up to $130k.
