We are seeking a highly motivated RevOps Manager with a strong foundation in CRM administration and operations to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing our revenue operations strategy to support direct sales efforts and ensure our sales team operates effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build an MVP RevOps system within one week, focusing on direct sales processes.
- Ensure proper tracking of sales team activities and implement best practices for activity management.
- Maintain clean CRM data by establishing processes for creating and managing “golden records.”
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously assess and improve CRM usage and integration with other enterprise platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in CRM administration, Salesforce Administration, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or RevOps.
- Experience with ETL/rETL processes and SQL.
- Must possess a Salesforce (SFDC) certification.
- Proven track record in scaling from seed to Series A funding.
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth tech startup environment in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience integrating them with enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with effective written and verbal communication.
- High emotional intelligence and eagerness to grow from an individual contributor to a departmental leader, guided by experienced professionals.
- A strong passion for the fintech space and a commitment to working diligently toward our vision.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Previous experience in fintech or financial services.
