Job Summary
- The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing process, support and guidance to the commercial team for sales incentive plan (i.e., SIP) related issues. The Specialist will also work with the Sales Support team, Finance, and SIP team to review data for weekly meetings, create & document a robust hierarchy/SIP process, identify & resolve systemic issues, and maintain adherence by the commercial team for information and deadlines. This role will be the point of contact for the commercial team for all SIP related inquiries.

- Excellent organizational skills to create and maintain SIP portal as well as organize it in a user- friendly manner.
- Strong communication and influence skills with focus on commercial team needs as well as the NAM CMS SIP process
- Ability to meet deadlines, metrics, and drive continuous improvement projects with limited
supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead/Participate in continuous improvement projects identified from weekly SIP call
- Prepare data and participate in SIP process and calls
- Assist the Sales Support team during re-org and hierarchy discussions
- Communicate with the commercial team on commission plan status
- The commercial team’s point of contact for all SIP related inquiries
- Assist Director of Sales Operations in projects, etc as requested
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required:
- Knowledge of CMS Commercial organization
- Excellent organizational and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct day to day supervision
- Troubleshooting and creative problem solving
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Excel abilities to handle large amounts of data and present in concise manner
- Minimum 5 years of direct support of the NAM CMS Commercial team, its structure, and
associated processes.
- Knowledge and experience of Salesforce, SAP, and Tableau.
