Aufgaben
- Optimization of Revenue Systems and Processes: Efficient management of revenue processes - from lead generation to closing and customer support
- focusing on CRM, automation, and reporting to enable scaling and prevent
churn.
- Data-Driven Revenue Growth: Development of analysis frameworks to generate insights on pipeline status, forecasts, and conversion metrics to support data-driven strategic decisions.
- Alignment of Go-to-Market Teams: Promoting cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and account management through shared goals, playbooks, and incentive systems for a coherent GTM strategy.
- Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Implementation of transparent forecasting models and regular KPI reporting to enhance planning certainty and support strategic decisions.
Qualifikation
- Professional Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar fields, ideally in a leadership position within high-growth companies.
- Experience in Process Management and Scaling: Proven ability to optimize and scale sales processes from lead generation to closing and customer retention, utilizing CRM and automation tools.
- Analytical Competence and Data Affinity: Strong analytical skills to develop and leverage data-driven insights, as well as experience in building and implementing analysis frameworks to increase revenue and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Expertise in Efficiency-Enhancing Tools: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data analysis programs to optimize processes and support data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in successfully leading and aligning Go-to-Market teams (sales, marketing, account management) through the definition of shared goals, playbooks, and KPI structures.
- Excellent Communication and Change Management Skills: The ability to clearly communicate company-wide revenue strategies and effectively manage change processes to drive efficiency and growth.
- Solid Knowledge of Revenue Forecasting and KPI Reporting: Comprehensive experience in developing and implementing transparent forecasting and reporting models to support strategic decisions and achieve sustainable growth objectives.
- Travel Requirements: 3-4 days per month to the headquarters in Berlin.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.
