About The Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will help manage deals and maintain data health in our CRM, collaborating closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to support seamless operations and continuous process improvements.
The role and your impact at the team
- Perform health checks in the CRM system.
- Process orders and ensure accurate booking of opportunities.
- Manage renewals and update contract information to facilitate smooth customer transitions.
- Oversee contract file organization and access management.
- Provide daily support to the sales team, assisting with training and system configurations.
- Optimize CRM reports and dashboards (HubSpot).
- Manage and analyze project time tracking.
- Support win/loss analysis to enhance decision-making.
You will fit great with the following skills and qualifications
- Enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, System Administration, Sales/Marketing, or Data Science).
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to act as a go-to resource for support and training.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and proposes process improvements.
- Preferably experienced with HubSpot and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to task completion.
