**SALES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE**
**POSITION OVERVIEW:**
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Sales Operations Executive** with expertise in B2B sales processes to join our growing team. The Sales Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales operations, providing actionable insights, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, sales process optimization, and CRM management, and will help drive efficiencies across the sales cycle.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- **Sales Process Optimization**: Analyze, design, and implement optimized sales processes to enhance efficiency and improve productivity for the sales team.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Maintain and manage sales data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and generating reports on key sales metrics such as pipeline, win/loss rates, and forecast accuracy.
- **Pipeline Management**: Assist in managing and tracking sales pipelines and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates from the sales team.
- **CRM Administration**: Oversee and administer CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure the system is optimized and that the sales team is utilizing it effectively.
- **Sales Strategy Support**: Work closely with the sales leadership team to support strategic sales initiatives, such as territory planning, quota setting, and incentive structures.
- **Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure sales reps have the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively engage prospects.
- **Performance Analytics**: Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and helping to shape sales strategies.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on goals and initiatives.
- **Lead-to-Revenue Tracking**: Support end-to-end lead management from initial prospect contact to conversion, ensuring efficient follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements to sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive scalability and efficiency.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
- Proven experience in **Sales Operations** or a similar role in a B2B environment, preferably in the tech or marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of **B2B sales cycles**, lead management, and sales funnels.
- Proficient in **CRM systems** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in **sales forecasting, pipeline management**, and reporting on key sales metrics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
