Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales (and Marketing) Operations Assistantto support our sales and marketing teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing quotations and proposals, maintaining CRM records, organising sales documentation, and providing general administrative support.
Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing operations.
Some Key Responsibilities
Quotation and Proposal Management: Prepare and arrange quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
CRM Management: Maintain CRM records and processes, regularly updating data for accuracy and conducting routine data hygiene.
Sales Documentation: Support sales staff by creating and organising documentation, including contracts and sales presentations.
File Organisation: Keep all sales and marketing folders, documents, and files in Drive and HubSpot neat, up-to-date, and easy to access.
Presentation Quality Control: Conduct routine audits or act as a second set of eyes on daily sales or client-facing presentations, ensuring they meet our standards.
General Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed across sales, marketing, and operations, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Fit
Currently studying or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in Macs and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
