Job Description
Property Max is a cutting edge real estate firm that utilizes direct marketing advertising to connect with sellers looking to sell their home in a quick and efficient process. Property Max has purchased thousands of homes in this manner and is currently purchasing 300+ homes per year. These homes are either renovated and resold, immediately sold "as is" or held for rental purposes. Property Max has offices in 4 states and has over 40 employees.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing sales processes, improving CRM utilization, and ensuring KPIs are effectively managed to drive revenue growth. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our sales operations run efficiently and effectively, supporting both our sales team and phone sales operations to maximize productivity and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- KPI Management & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for sales leadership, highlighting areas of opportunity and success.
- Drive accountability within the sales team through regular performance reviews, analysis, and action plans.
- CRM Management & Optimization:
- Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is being used effectively by the sales team, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Create and enforce best practices for CRM usage, ensuring all relevant sales and customer data is captured and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with developers and sales leadership to customize CRM features that enhance team productivity and reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide training/support to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Process Development & Optimization:
- Evaluate and improve sales processes and funnel, from lead generation to closing, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and drive ROI.
- Standardize and document key workflows, ensuring best practices are followed consistently by the sales team.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and create new processes that drive efficiency and support business growth.
- Implement and maintain sales forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of revenue, pipeline, and sales activities.
- Phone Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales, ensuring teams meet performance targets (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, etc).
- Collaborate with call center leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, sales training, and performance optimization.
- Manage phone sales metrics, ensure KPIs are aligned with broader sales goals, and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and ROI.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand business objectives and translate them into effective sales operations strategies.
- Communicate regularly with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals, processes, and performance metrics.
- Train and support sales staff in using tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current on best practices in sales operations, CRM tools, and phone sales management, implementing relevant improvements to drive growth and productivity.
- Provide recommendations for new tools, technologies, and processes that can increase team effectiveness and business profitability.
- Implement automation within the CRM that will drive efficiency across the org.
- Hiring, Onboarding and Training of Sales Staff
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, obtaining DISC tests and selecting top candidates.
- Onboarding Management: Design and implement a seamless onboarding process that ensures new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture, equipped with necessary tools, and set up for long-term success.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs that align with company goals, enhance employee skills, and promote continuous learning, while tracking progress (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience with Salesforce sales analytics, and KPI tracking tools.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing ROI through operational efficiencies.
- Experience managing phone sales operations and/or outside sales operations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
Desired Skills
- Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools, call center technology, and process management frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for sales staff to enhance CRM and process adoption.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving sales efficiency and driving business results.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
