As the Sales Operations Manager you will analyze various aspects of the organization's revenue streams including sales, marketing, and customer success. The Sales Operations Manager uses data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions aimed at increasing revenue.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will:
- Compile data and analyze trends to forecast future sales trends, and work with management providing insights guiding strategic planning.
- Work with marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and strengths.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and sales pipeline velocity.
- Evaluate existing revenue generation processes and identify areas for improvement to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Leverage technology platforms such as CRMs (Customer Relationship Management), sales systems, sales tracking systems and marketing automation tools.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing revenue performance, trends, and actionable insights for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage company-wide accountability cadences for productivity, performance management and partner engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned

A great fit for this position has:
- Prefer associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience working with technology platforms such as CRMs and MO Suite.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, database and presentation software
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of organization and detail-orientation
- Good attitude toward teamwork
- Ability to work independently
