Revenue Operations Specialist
The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day revenue operations at SeaBear Smokehouse. This person serves as the primary point of contact between sales functions and operations. He/She is the “go-to” person within the revenue team with a deep understanding of operational limitations, customer impact, and both revenue and operational processes. This person will be responsible for communicating cross-functionally between the revenue and operations teams and will ensure alignment between both departments.

Our headquarters are based in Anacortes, WA, and we require this role onsite at least 4 days/week.
Responsibilities:

Inventory planning:
-
Tracks inventory vs. plan, working closely with Director of Procurement & Partnerships

Sends daily/weekly out of stock and performance reports to Revenue team, operations and leadership

Communicates marketing and campaign plans with operations to ensure availability of products

Partners with third-party fulfillment partners to ensure optimal inventory levels, transit times, and availability

Order processing:

Responsible for tracking drop-ship orders and order processing

Pushes outstanding orders through the system as needed

Feeds tracking information back to third party partners as needed

Product hygiene:
-
Leads product data/PIM and ensures all channels and partners receive accurate product information for their assortment

Maintains UPC, SKU set up and lists

Supports Wholesale and Direct to Consumer team; partners with Manager, Brand & Content for content management and prioritization

Planning & Project Management:

Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines

Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables across Revenue Team

Assists with the communication and rollout of all new programs, operational changes, and promotions

Other duties as assigned.
