Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Co-op will support the work of the Revenue team through the use of the technology stack at Fiix.
What you will do:
Data Governance

Support an ongoing data governance project to build a strong data foundation across all critical business operations systems

Provide maintenance of Salesforce Database through ongoing data cleanups

Work with operations teams to uncover gaps in sales and marketing funnel

Use an array of tools connected to Salesforce, including Data Loader, Outreach, and Gong
Support Revenue Teams

Work with the Revenue Operations team to build documentation around best practices of system use

Support Revenue teams through managing requests related to record ownership, and data integrity

Assist Revenue teams with systems issues related to the sales process

Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in business, economics or STEM from an accredited college or university

For this role, the Hourly Salary Compensation is from $18 - $32 Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
