About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic and ambitious leader to join us as Vice President of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing B2B lead generation processes and driving the efficiency of our Sales and Marketing functions. Youll have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall performance of our sales operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a deep understanding of SDR/BDR operations, revenue marketing, and working with channel partners. You will report directly to the SVP of National Programs (P&L owner).
What Youll Do
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our team, responsibilities include:
Drive Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to develop systems that align with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Lead Team Management: Oversee sales operations and lead generation efforts through dedicated SDR and BDR managers, both onshore and offshore, ensuring effective team performance without direct supervision.
Optimize Lead Generation: Own and continuously refine the end-to-end lead generation process, ensuring seamless execution and optimization across all products.
Develop & Implement Processes: Design workflows, automation tools, and internal processes that boost team efficiency and drive greater value for prospects and brokers.
Leverage Channel Partnerships: Work closely with channel partners to optimize lead flow and maximize the impact of our partnership ecosystem.
Data-Driven Insights: Provide operational reporting and analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and guide strategic decisions.
Support Business Growth: Build out operational capacity in partnership with other departments to scale product and marketing efforts effectively.
Sales Funnel Ownership: Centralize and analyze insights from the entire sales funnel, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Forecasting & Planning: Own the creation, management, and maintenance of sales forecasts, compensation plans, territories, and sales strategies.
What Were Looking For
7+ years of experience in leading sales or revenue operations, ideally within high-growth or technology companies; insurance industry experience is a plus.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in CRM management and integrations; Salesforce experience highly preferred.
Strong track record of leading and developing teams, including remote management via platforms like Zoom.
Experience working with channel partners to drive lead generation and sales effectiveness is a plus.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence both sales teams and senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic programs that drive business growth.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and excellent follow-through.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
