Global high-tech leader with headquarters in Chelmsford, MA seeks Sales Operations Specialist. This person will help maintain accuracy in the Salesforce.com tool, lead user adoption, and assist leadership with actionable analytics. Base salary is in the $100 – 110K range, plus annual bonus opportunity. Five days a week on-site. Only candidates currently living in Greater Boston will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce.com.
- Manage the central support mailbox for over 650 users.
- Gather and Analyze Business Requirements from various cross-functional groups
- Work with Manager to formulate systematic solution
- Work cross functionally to drive operational solutions
- Clearly communicate requirements to IT developers and thoroughly test solution in Sandbox environment
- Create detailed “How To” documentation and train sales users on new functionality to gain user adoption
- Assist the Marketing team with lead routing and visibility issues.
- Prepare annual lead routing rules based on the Fiscal Year Sales Organization setup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in sales analytics or sales operations.
- At least two years of Salesforce.com experience is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Salesforce.com certification is required.
