Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing data analyses to monitor day-to-day business performance, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and other key reporting objectives
- Work with sales leaders to manage pipeline and renewals forecasting, account and territory planning, and performance management while driving data hygiene & best practices to ensure accurate reporting
- Proactively communicate findings and build relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor by “looking around corners” to solve problems and identify solutions before they occur
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to identify system enhancements that help improve internal processes
- Lead or participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives as needed (customer profiling analyses, assess new product offerings, etc.)
- Assist in helping administer and improve various tools within our GTM Tech Stack
Requirements:
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, primarily Excel
- Proficient data visualization skills in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, primarily building reports and dashboards (integrations or automations are a plus)
- Familiarity with SaaS business model and associated metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively across a geographically-dispersed team
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines across a fast-paced organization
