About the Role
We are searching for an early- to mid-career, hands-on, and detail-oriented member of our sales operations team in our growing company with aggressive revenue goals.
Reporting to the Senior Managing Director of Business Transformation and Development, this role works directly with the Americas (US, Canada, Brazil) sales teams and business practice leaders to run metrics necessary to support the business. The ideal candidate will manage their workload by prioritizing deliverables in our fast-paced corporate environment.
This is an on-site position with some flexibility for working remotely one to two days per week in alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce data maintenance and clean up, data entry, extraction, and analysis
- Supporting data collection and analysis for ongoing reviews of business processes and optimization strategies
- Navigating across Salesforce CRM & NetSuite ERP to provide the support needed across Sales-Finance-Marketing teams
- Maintaining and producing accurate reports and dashboards used weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly to monitor the business
- Preparing reports to be used by senior leadership by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Conducting insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time sales cycle issues
- Conducting analytics to look at the CRM data for data trends or pattern that will be used to identify modifications to processes, system, or tools
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses to monitor the business using operational metrics and reports, and documenting and clearly communicating the results of your efforts
- Supporting the Business Development teams in the creation of sales enablement outreach and identifying targets and other opportunities
- Supporting Business Development teams in the creation and management of accounts, opportunities, and contacts in Salesforce including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Working collaboratively and effectively with other members of the Sales Operations team as well as members of management, operations, and business units to secure required data and information and to develop and share relevant analyses
- Working collaboratively with the Business Transformation team on analysis, reporting, and other reporting support for the team
Experience and Qualifications
- Two + years of relevant job experience as detailed above, including knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities and features
- Ability to transform raw data and metrics into easily understood presentations that provide insights to inform and drive business decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and team members at all levels; internally client-focused with the ability to manage expectations and influence/challenge as appropriate
- Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., vlookup, index matching, sumif’s and countif’s), PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented, analytical, strong problem-solving skills and inquisitive
- High customer service ability and ethics; demonstrated confidence and balance under pressure
- Self-starter, able to work without supervision, intellectually curious

Anticipated salary range is $80k - $120k plus 10% target bonus. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill, and our internal practices. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
