What You’ll Do
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally and identify efficiencies and increase visibility for the organization. The ideal candidate is highly driven, analytical, organized, and passionate, with domain expertise in digital media/programmatic sales operations. Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
- Defining sales measurement and pipeline KPIs to track performance against objectives and seller productivity
- Supporting sales organizations with sales reporting and analytics, compensation performance reporting set-up
- Assisting in quarterly commission calculation process
- Providing support and guidance on Salesforce.com (and other critical tools and applications) that enable the sales team
- Overseeing reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales & marketing departments to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels
- Defining, tracking, and reporting on key sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and sales rep productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management, to drive alignment and support sales initiatives
What Will I Bring?
- BA/BS Degree in Business (including management, finance, accounting or operations)
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
- Strong ability to navigate Salesforce.com
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, manage multiple tasks proactively, and prioritize responsibilities to meet specific deadlines.
- Experience in a team-driven, fluid, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly motivated and results driven self-starter, operating with a sense of urgency and values accountability

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $90,000 - $105,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
