About the Role
As a skilled operations coordinator, you will provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Your duties include driving process adherence, accuracy, and timely inputs to core P&G processes. This role is critical to the success of the Sales organisation in P&G.
Your Team
This role reports to Sales Operations Manager

Strong initiative and collaboration with various business partners, excellent operational discipline and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales account teams in reconciliation and documentation of agreements and proof of performance

Day to day engagement with third party suppliers and ensuring delivery of core critical metrics and standards

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies by and resolve system and billing issues.

Facilitate payment of invoices due by partnering with sales organisation and daily communication with management

Performance verification across customer claims and 3rd party vendors whom deliver Merchandising, Point of sale (POS) creation and distribution services for P&G, including project management support for POS material processes to deliver projects in line with agreed standards and costs
Job Qualifications

Australian citizen or permanent resident, including New Zealand citizens

Minimum Diploma or Cert IV

1-5 years of operations experience.

Shown ability to calculate, post and handle accounting figures and financial records

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Outlook.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
