Position Overview:
The Alkami Deal Desk team is looking to add a Deal Desk System Analyst to the team to focus on order management. This will be a highly visible role, providing pricing support to Sales, Finance, Legal and other cross functional stakeholders.
This person will need to possess or quickly learn in-depth knowledge of Alkami’s Products, Pricing, Processes, and Technology (CRM, CLM, & ERP).
Initially this role will primarily focus on Deal Desk Quoting, Booking, and Contracting functions. As our technology and processes evolve over time, this role will expand to focus on data quality, data migrations, feature testing, reporting/analytics, business control, driving process adherence, etc.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review Sales generated Quotes for accuracy, completeness, and policy adherence
- Ensure Alkami’s historically executed agreements are reflected correctly in the CRM
- Provide white glove support to Sales, Enterprise Technology, and Finance for any Quote/Contract related inquiries
- Test new products/pricing changes to validate they are producing accurate results
- Become acting SME and resource for quoting Alkami products and services
- Log and track executed Orders as part of Business Control efforts
- Document enhancement requests/bugs and partner with Enterprise Technology to solve holistically
- Partner closely with Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, Accounting, and Enterprise Technology colleagues on strategic programs
- Review month end quotes and assist in valuation and FP&A reporting
- Ensure Business Control requirements are being met as part of close reviews
- Assist with data migrations into the CRM i.e. data gathering, validation, loading, & review
- Perform regular data quality/hygiene checks in the CRM
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics for the Deal Desk team and stakeholders
- Assist the Deal Desk team as we revise and rebuild department artifacts
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with SFDC, CPQ, and Alkami Product and Pricing models
- Aptitude in understanding contract types - MSA’s, Renewals, Add On’s, and Amendments
- Understanding of Alkami customers and sales cadence
- Excellent attention to detail
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience
Desired Skills:
- Solid MS Office skills, above average Excel/Spreadsheet skills
- Experience with SFDC CPQ, Quoting and Products setups
- Understanding of SFDC tech stack at Alkami
- Willing to work extended hours during close and peak times
