Position Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst will be supporting and analyzing the commercial activities for the business unit. This position supports the Sales Leader in sales, external sales representative management, planning, analysis of performance, and execution of sales plan for the unit.

Duties and Responsibilities Supporting the Sales Leader include –
- Conducting research and analysis.
- Execute and maintain both new and existing metrics/reporting/analysis.
- Assessing market trends and competitors.
- Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
- Sales activity monitoring.
- Support management decision-making processes with data and insights.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in data science, analytics, or related field.
- Demonstrates excellent commercial acumen, creativity, and an ability to plan and implement highly effective, revenue generating commercial strategies.
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
- Prior experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, etc.)
- Specific experience in selection and implementation of data management platforms (e.g. Salesforce CRM)
- A passion for the combination of marketing and analytics
- Demonstrate first class organization, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver a clear and accurate presentation of findings.
- Able to work under pressure, efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Develop product and market knowledge to an advanced level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, positive, with a hands-on approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
