The business is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead revenue growth, refine go-to-market strategies, and lead their global sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

As the CRO, you will be a critical member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and ensure sustainable growth while aligning with our company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy across all channels.
- Lead and scale the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to meet ambitious growth targets.
- Build a data-driven culture to improve customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate with the product team to align on market needs and value propositions.
- Drive the implementation of pricing strategies, partnerships, and account management processes.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Report revenue performance metrics to the board and private equity investors.
Desired Profile:
- Proven track record in senior revenue leadership roles in B2B software businesses, ideally SaaS.
- Experience working with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies, customer success models, and scaling revenue operations.
