Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a personable, motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Operations Co-Ordinator to join our expanding team (Company Owned Dealers). Operating from our bustling Hub in Portsmouth, you will play a vital role in contacting & assisting customers with all enquiries related to water softeners and drinking systems.
You will play a key role in liaising with new & existing customers, as well as processing any orders, dealing with web enquiries and serving any walk in customers.
Additionally, you will actively support our team of water softener installers by assisting in the efficient management of their work schedules (diary management) and ensuring the timely installation of softeners for our customers. Coordinating appointments for our sales team, who conduct surveys and provide quotes to potential clients, will also be a key aspect of your role.
As a Sales & Operations Co-Ordinator, your ability to provide customers with prompt appointments will be pivotal. You will play a crucial role in offering administrative support to our team, aligning with our mission to deliver the highest levels of customer service. The position also involves basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and procurement.
