With 40 years of success building the brand and our stellar reputation, we are seeking an eager Sales and Operations Coordinator to provide support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and enhance processes, systems, and data management within HubSpot to support sales team.
- Ensure alignment between departments by championing HubSpot as the source of truth for client information/deals.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards to provide insights into sales activity, pipeline health, forecasting, etc.
- Implement HubSpot workflows that remove inefficiencies and allow teams to operate effectively.
- Prepare customer specific paperwork (RFPs, proposals, SOWs, contracts, change orders, etc.) and ensure they are executed, tracked and maintained appropriately
- Manage, maintain, and store sales documentation
- Act as the Contract administration and maintenance of all active agreements
- Serve as a liaison between sales and customer success teams to ensure processes are optimized, documented, and followed by all.
- Provide tactical support to the operations team for the completion of special projects
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Document procedures and train team on procedures and tools
- Other duties as assigned.
What Would Make a Person Succeed In This Role
- Ability to multitask
- Experience working with a CRM system, Hubspot experience a huge plus
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with an ability to drive change
- Ideally this will be a local candidate that can be in the office 3 days per week.
