Position Summary:
The Revenue Operations Manager will report to the Director of Business Operations and will play a key role in overseeing the revenue operations function within an account. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure alignment and streamline processes across the sales funnel. They will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving sales funnel conversion, providing data-driven insights, and maintaining data integrity to support the achievement of account objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, design, and implement improvements to the sales funnel to enhance efficiency and scalability across our sales operations.
- : Maintain and improve data quality in CRM and revenue-related systems, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to write and execute intermediate level SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- : Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales processes, tools, and reporting, ensuring smooth handoffs and increased productivity.
- Work closely with teams in sales, marketing, and engineering to align revenue operations initiatives with business objectives.
- Create, maintain, and distribute regular reports on KPIs, providing clear insights into business performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis
- 1+ years of experience at a startup with less than 100 people
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
What We Deliver:
- The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
