Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to become a vital member of our leadership team in Alpharetta, GA. In this crucial position, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Board members, directing all dimensions of our multi-state operations. Your strategic vision and operational acumen will be instrumental in propelling significant top-line growth, enhancing profitability, and upholding exceptional quality standards in the residential home services industry, particularly within the roofing, window, and siding replacement sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board and private equity partners to advance strategic objectives.
- Support the CEO and Board in assessing potential acquisitions and spearhead the operational integration of these endeavors.
- Assist the CEO in new site development and mergers and acquisitions.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies aimed at boosting efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Enhance production and installation processes while managing relationships with third-party subcontractors.
- Lead, inspire, and develop our sales and operations teams.
- Work alongside the CEO and CFO to design the annual budget and oversee daily operations in alignment with that budget.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness, presenting insights to the CEO and Board.
- Foster strong partnerships with General Managers, executives, and sales leaders to promote a unified working environment.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures throughout the organization.
- Execute expansion strategies, establishing a premier sales and operational framework.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership experience in a rapidly evolving direct-to-consumer (D2C) residential services sector, ideally in roofing, windows, or siding replacement.
- Strong strategic and tactical proficiency in operations management.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and achieving lasting positive results.
- Practical experience with both brownfield and de novo integrations, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams across various locations or states.
- Willingness to be on-site in Alpharetta, GA, and to travel as required (up to 40%).
- Previous experience in a private equity-supported environment is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, marketing, or a related area; an MBA or advanced degree is favorable.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) residential services company.
- Experience in managing P&L and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
