Job Overview
We are actively seeking a strategic and seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA. In this crucial leadership position, you will work intimately with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board to oversee our extensive operations across multiple states. Your adeptness in both strategic and tactical initiatives will be vital in driving significant revenue growth, enhancing profitability, and upholding superior quality standards within the residential home services industry, particularly in roofing, window, and siding replacement.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board and private equity partner to advance strategic initiatives.
- Assist the CEO and Board in assessing potential acquisitions and spearhead the operational integration of these acquisitions.
- Partner with the CEO on site expansions and mergers and acquisitions strategies.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Streamline production and installation processes while managing relationships with third-party subcontractors.
- Lead and inspire our sales and operations teams to achieve excellence.
- Partner with the CEO and CFO to formulate the annual budget and oversee daily operations within that framework.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance, presenting insights to the CEO and Board.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with General Managers, executives, and sales leaders to foster a cooperative working environment.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures throughout the organization.
- Drive execution of expansion strategies to develop a high-performing sales and operational framework.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership experience in a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer (D2C) residential services sector, with a focus on roofing, windows, or siding replacement.
- Proven track record in managing P&L to achieve sustained positive outcomes.
- Extensive hands-on experience with brownfield and de novo integrations, in addition to mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams across various locations or states.
- Effective communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40%) and to be on-site in Alpharetta, GA.
- Prior experience in a private equity-backed environment is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or master’s degree is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles within a rapidly growing D2C residential services business.
