What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process incoming deal requests from the Sales department using Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracting policies
- Create proposal documents and legal paperwork for quotes submitted to the Deal Desk
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal departments to facilitate execution of quotes and contracts
- Provide training and guidance to other Deal Desk team members on contract-related inquiries
- Assist with various projects from external departments as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong research, communication, and writing skills for relationship-building with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team
- Exceptional organization, time management, and detail-oriented skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with enterprise-wide systems such as NetSuite
- Proven process improvement skills and effective collaboration abilities
- Comfort in handling ambiguous or stressful situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
