We are looking for you as Chief Revenue Officer – Sales & Marketing with immediate effect:
Your tasks:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue generation strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to set ambitious yet achievable growth targets. Work in C-Level management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to drive organizational growth
- Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Sales team. Implement best practices in sales processes, pipeline management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Marketing Excellence: Oversee the Marketing department, ensuring the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze and optimize the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to customer retention. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer lifetime value.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the executive team on revenue performance and growth initiatives.
- Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are integral to our sales and marketing strategies.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales/marketing leadership roles, with a significant portion at the global level ideally within the sports industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and marketing targets in a complex, multinational environment, specifically in sport events /sports flooring.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments in the sports sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive results.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide and adapt to different time zones as required.
- Experience in software companies or technology sectors is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
