The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, ensuring financial stability, growth, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves strategic planning, financial forecasting, risk management, and leading financial operations to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
Advise the CEO and executive team on financial performance, opportunities, and risks.

Financial Management & Reporting:

Oversee financial statements, audits, and compliance reporting.
Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation.
Ensure financial controls and procedures meet regulatory standards.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial laws.
Oversee internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency.
Present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and compliance.
