A respected and long-standing organization in the Jacksonville area is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. Core Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day accounting and financial management functions
Establish and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies
Deliver monthly financial reports and present performance insights to leadership
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards
Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, Controller, or equivalent)
Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning
Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
CPA designation preferred
